History
Larry Burns has been in the electrical business just about his entire life. His father, Harry W. Burns, started Burns Electric Inc. in 1947.
Burns worked with his father throughout his youth and took education courses, achieving his Master’s license in 1970.
When his father decided to retire in 1990, Burns purchased the business from his dad, ensuring the legacy of the company would continue.
The company was originally founded in Channelview, but has been at its present location in East Houston since 1957.
